We’re one union at Wells Fargo fighting for better banking for our families, our customers, and our communities.

Bargaining for our first national union contract begins November 5. We are demanding adequate staffing, fair compensation, affordable health insurance, retirement security, and more. We will prevent the return of sales pressure that has caused tremendous harm. We will stop unfair treatment, retaliation, and harassment that make a toxic work environment. Together, as a union, workers at Wells Fargo will bargain collectively for changes that will make work better for everyone.
