Union Training Classes
Wells Fargo workers across the country are succeeding in forming a union! Are you ready to find out how you can join them? Do you want to learn about your right to organize a union? And what is unlawful conduct by Wells Fargo (or any employer) to try and dissuade you?
Our Union 101 and 102 Classes will answer these questions and provide you with the tools and confidence to unite with your coworkers to organize your branch or non-branch location.
Union 101: Building Power Together
Our Union 101 class is the perfect starting point for anyone curious about organizing at their workplace. We’ll cover the history of our campaign, the rights and protections all workers have under the National Labor Relations Act, and the step-by-step process of forming a union at your location. It’s a chance to connect, get answers, and explore how together we can shape a stronger future for all bank workers.
Union 102: Talking With Your Coworkers
Union 102 builds on the basics by focusing on one of the most important parts of organizing—talking with your coworkers. In this class, we’ll cover best practices on when and how to start conversations, how to listen and connect around issues that matter most, and how to engage coworkers in the organizing process. By the end, you’ll feel more confident starting meaningful conversations that strengthen relationships and grow support for the union.
