Contract negotiations expand to more branches June 4, 2025

Over the past couple of weeks, bargaining has expanded to more branches as we escalate our pressure on Wells Fargo. We are still “One Union” and we continue to fight together, but soon every union branch plus Conduct Management Intake Department will get to experience first hand how union contract negotiations work, to dispel the misinformation that management keeps trying to spread about what happens at the bargaining table. So far there has been initial bargaining at the National City, California; Havertown, Pennsylvania; and Cedar Hill, Texas branches. Rosa Cervantes, Senior Teller, represented her branch at the bargaining table for the National City Branch. Amer Dababneh, Premier Banker, represented his Havertown Branch. Now more than ever, we need to keep mobilizing to show Wells Fargo that we need real changes to fix the staff cuts, sales pressure, risk and retaliation. We need a fair union contract NOW!
