Wells Fargo workers from bank branches, call centers, offices, and remote locations across the county are organizing to form a union. We are coming together because we believe that positive change is possible, and we are fighting for proper staffing, better pay, work life balance, and respect on the job.
If you are a current Wells Fargo employee, don't miss the upcoming General Membership Meeting on November 16th. This is a meeting specifically for Wells Fargo workers to plan and coordinate together on upcoming actions and hear what is currently in the works with the campaign over the next few months as we get closer to successfully organizing our bank.
We'll be meeting online since we have members in a number of different states, but there will be an opportunity to connect with others in your area during the breakout sessions. This is the first national union meeting of it's kind specifically for Wells Fargo workers, and it shows that our organizing efforts are gaining momentum!
This meeting is a safe space. Only non-management employees will be allowed in the meetings and attendance will remain confidential.
