Having a union would help us advocate for fair pay increases at Wells Fargo.

Wells Fargo has increased their minimum pay for all branch workers to $20/h. Still, the gap in compensation between our CEO and a teller is gigantic. It would take 588.9 years to earn the same 24.5 million dollars Charlie Scharf receives annually. While this increase is a good first step, it's not enough. With the increases in the cost of living and high inflation rates, the wages of all employees should be reevaluated and raised proportionately with the increase to $20/hr.
