Conduct Management Intake Department Votes Yes!

Tell Wells Fargo to Stop Delaying Certification of our latest Union Win!

On November 1, the Conduct Management Intake Department became the first non-branch department to vote in favor of forming a union and joining WFWU-CWA, but Charlie Scharf and management continue to put up roadblocks which has delayed the National Labor Relations Board from certifying the final results.

Please sign our petition demanding that Wells Fargo STOP the delay tactics stalling the NLRB from certifiying the final results.

"The employees whose unit voted to unionize act as gatekeepers for the bank's review of customer and employee complaints — an important role at a bank facing a high degree of regulatory scrutiny in the wake of various scandals."

Wells Fargo union organizers eye first win at nonbranch unit

Do you want to help form a WFWU-Green Team?

Over the past couple of years, we’ve heard from thousands of employees who are upset about Wells Fargo’s Return To Office and accomomdations policies. For workers not in branches, we've been demanding fair and flexible work-from-home scheduling.

This will not only improve our quality of life, but also benefit the planet. For example, did you know commuting accounts for 90% of greenhouse gas emissions in the U.S.?

The timing of Wells Fargo disbanding the "Green Team" coinciding with increased pressure on employees to go into an office - even for employees who have been fully remote for years - is suspicious to say the least.

We thought we could fill the void and form our own WFWU-CWA Green Team.

Do you have ideas for how Wells Fargo could improve its environmental impact that would also improve your quality of life and working conditions? Please fill out this brief questionnaire and share your thoughts.
