Have you seen Stan Sherrill, WF's union buster?

Have you seen Stan Sherrill?
He may visit your location, but just say you're not interested in what he's selling, because he just spreads lies. He's even been been accused of committing Unfair Labor Practices!

Charlie Scharf hired Stan Sherrill to try and dissuade Wells Fargo workers from forming a union because when workers join together and exercise our rights, we build and gain power. Charlie wants all the power for himself so he can keep cutting staff, not giving us a fair raise (while giving himself a raise of several million dollars), forcing us back into the office for no reason, and renewing sales pressure.
Stan is frustrated because he hasn't been able to deliver on his promise to Charlie. So far we have 28 union locations in 15 states. Now Stan is being forced to visit branches to spread lies and misinformation.
First of all, Stan spent years at Duke Energy, which is a union company, and he brags about what a great relationship he had with the union workers there. So why is he now spreading negative misinformation about our union? Because Charlie is paying him lots of money to tell lies and deceive you. He doesn't care about you or even the success of Wells Fargo. He's just looking for a fat bonus for spreading anti-union talking points. Bottom line, don't believe anything Stan or what any of his minions from HR tell you either, because they are all lies. Well, except his name really is Stan Sherrill.
We have said from day 1 that our union is fighting Charlie's staff cuts, sales pressure, retaliation, unfair pay, and overall stressful conditions. But we need everyone to step forward and join us. Start organizing your branch, department or location, because our strength grows every time another location goes union! We have made a powerful start but we need to keep growing. It's okay if you're nervous. Everyone is at first. Contact an Organizer now to learn about your rights and ways you can join our movement.

Union Contract Negotiations Expand Nationally
Yes, union contract negotiations are happening! Now bargaining is expanding to every union branch and location around the country. This will help us put more pressure on management to agree to a fair contract for everyone. All union locations are working together to make sure no one is left behind. You know the saying, "a rising tide lifts all boats!" Our union is the rising tide and it will rise faster as more of our coworkers step up and join our fight for better treatment at Wells Fargo!
Here you can see all the bargaining sessions so far. Many more are being scheduled. At each bargaining session, at least one union member from that location sits at the bargaining table, supported by professional CWA union staff, directly across from senior management. Negotiating a first union contract takes time and requires our steady resolve to not be intimidated or distracted by Stan's anti-union talking points.
