South Hulen branch in Fort Worth, Texas is Lucky 13!
This past Wednesday, all six bankers and tellers in the South Hulen branch in Fort Worth, Texas voted yes to form a union and join Wells Fargo Workers United-CWA. Congratulations to the team for staying united. With each audacious successful union vote, upper management is scratching their heads because they claim to be listening, instead they continue to tell branch managers to spread misinformation in weekly Huddles. We know that many branch managers secretly support our union building because they know they will wind up benefiting when we negotiate to improve wages, benefits and our working conditions.
“We are excited to be lucky 13! Our team at the South Hulen branch here in Fort Worth, Texas is proud to demonstrate what solidarity looks like. Now we are looking forward to being a part of a union that is making positive, lasting change that makes our jobs more sustainable and secure as well as using our voice to make Wells Fargo better for everyone including our customers.” said Carolina Ramirez, Branch Operations Coordinator at the South Hulen branch.
